Block Cashmere Socks

Short run knitted socks made in Bradford using deadstock cashmere yarn from the textile industry.

Textile designer Millie Sanders works with small batches of surplus fibres, combining colours and textures directly on the knitting machine. The result is speckled block colour socks that can’t be reproduced once the yarn runs out.

Each batch is slightly different. When the yarn is gone, that colour is finished. We grabbed the last of these brilliant green ones.
